this is not a good company
overpaid upper management ignore the mayhem that exists in the lower ranks. mid level management don't work very hard and their arrogance coupled with incompetence is a bad mix. I would not recommend this company unless you are lazy.

Poor management
Epcor is exactly what you’d expect of a monopoly. The management is awful. They take credit for my work, cover for each other’s incompetence, suck the positive energy out of a room. I will be retiring soon, I won’t feel like I contributed much and will be happy to never see these people again.

This has been the best experience of my professional career. Management culture is great, they care about us as people and employees. Managers are embedded into the teams and will support you if you need help. We work with new tools, we have access to MSDN, everything you could want, we get it. Old boys club
Didn't feel welcome. No on site training. It was like don't mess with the old boys club and / or their job security. Benefits were good, union job.
