Horrible management
Worst management I’ve ever experienced. Overpaid incompetence.
The low wages, the lack of work life balance, the poor management, the unsafe working environment, the fact that this company doesn’t care at all about it’s employees.
The self absorbed management, unethical behaviours, dishonesty, harassment of staff, lack of direction.
To get away from the high school drama.
