The company is experiencing lots of great business success, and management is doing a good job of balancing the need to scale quickly yet sustainably. The people are great, the industry is booming, and the work is extremely challenging and interesting. The main hiccups are that internal communications could often be handled better, and there are sometimes sudden changes in priorities, but that is just a growing pain when a company is quickly growing from a three person operation to a more structured organization.
