Fun Workplace with weekly bootcamp classes to attend
Sales Support Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Brampton, ON13 June 2019
Work life balance was good as we had weekly boot camp classes. The work was monotonous most of the days doing same thing again and again- creating RMAs. The pay scale was not great. The management was very bad - full of politics and very less chances of upward mobility and growth.
Pros
Free lunches, Boot camp and meditation classes
Cons
No upward and vertical mobility in growth.

It was not just about productivity
Shipper (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB22 April 2019
It was a good place to work. But when the market is not good and the company is not making money, closing is the only option left. That what they did.

Could Have Been A Good Job with the right support, Bad Location, Overly Political
Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON8 January 2019
There are two groups within the business. Those that are run by good leaders that support their people and some groups that are run by narcissistic and condescending individuals who make suspect judgement calls to the detriment of their own people. Some leaders try to flat-out bully people openly to get their way. Talented people tend not to stay long.

People more focused on titles and company's past history rather than pay and future outcomes.

More political than the average workplace.
Pros
Good place to get experience, some leaders great to work with
Cons
Some departments have a nasty political culture (reflecting their leadership), some areas are badly understaffed, Unrealistic expectations, Peers are unequally allocated workload but are measured as if it were

Movie Representative (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB5 June 2018
Talk with cinema managers, greet customers, talk with customers and ask about their experience about the movie (what they liked and disliked), the time was very flexible, and the fun part was being able to watch the movie for free.
