BRANCH MANAGER (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 October 2018
Average person only sticks around 2 years. Most people in the company are looking for another job. Lots of fun people to work with but the good employees are starting to find better jobs and you are left working with the bad employees.

Your suppose to be a superman and all you can afford Is just an underwear that superman wears on top of his costume with the wages to cover your whole body

Promotes from within
Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON5 October 2018
Enterprise is a high paced environment. If you come to work with the drive to succeeded you will be successful. They promote entirely from within. You have to put in a lot of hard work and long hours, but it pays off.

Underpaid Over-worked Chauffeur Job
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB3 October 2018
Please take time to read this carefully if you're considering a career with this company.

- You get hired as a Management Trainee with a promise of training and promotion in 6 months
You are expected to work from 7 am -630 am, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
- There is no training. They just need drivers who can also rent cars, upsell and provide customer service
- You are sent to pick up customers, as soon as you bring the customer, there is another one waiting on you for a ride back. When you are back, you are sent to pick up a car that was dropped off at a body shop/dealership by a customer. You arrive to find the vehicle in a filthy condition.
This goes on all day, and then you are asked if you checked your emails and updated database/software with administrative information.
Most people that work there work there because they are stuck, or have no skills. The only way out of enterprise is if you quit or get fired and only then you will have time to find another job. I missed several interview calls just because I could not find time while working there.
Pros
Pressure handling
Cons
Hours, understaffed, balance

Hard work equals reward
Area Manager (Current Employee) –  Edmonton, AB3 October 2018
With many companies you work for they ask for a lot of investment from time perspective. They deliver on what they promise and are very clear with expectations up front. When you get older you take a moment to slow down your time becomes more valuable.
Pros
Pay, Promotion within
Cons
Time requirment increase overtime.

Not worth it
Branch Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON30 September 2018
Disorganized, chaotic mess, not really a good place to spend more than a year. It is possible to make good money, but it comes at the expense of your personal life. Be prepared to make sacrifices in your personal life in order to meet professional goals.

Fantastic Work Environment
Lot Attendant (Current Employee) –  St. John's, NL23 September 2018
This job is an excellent opportunity to expand your horizons. The countless amounts of people you meet, real-world skills you will develop, and great co-workers you'll develop bonds with are remarkable. Wages are fair for the type of work that is involved. Plus, if you have any interest in automobiles, you'll feel like a kid in a candy store exploring all of the latest make and models on the market.

Hours can be flexible around your schedule given that enough advanced notice is given, which is a huge help.

I would highly recommend working here if you're looking for a unique part-time job.
Pros
Friendly Environment, Always in a newer car, occasional snacks
Cons
Long Shifts, Weather Conditions

Get ready to invest your time A LOT!
Management trainee (Former Employee) –  Kingston, ON18 September 2018
This job is great and the chance for advancement is amazing. They hire you with the promise that you will manage your own branch in practically no time. However, you must be prepared to invest a lot of your time preparing for that step. If you are ready to work 60 hours a week, give up weekends and to study for tests, then this job will be the best for you. At the same time, the management at Enterprise is bar none the best I have ever experienced. They understand the pressure and the workload. Why? Because everyone in the entire company starts off where you are. Just the training program at this company may set you up for amazing job offers after.

Recipe: Lots of dedication + hard work = lots of amazing opportunities

If you like driving, then this is the best place to work
Driver (Current Employee) –  Edmonton, AB17 September 2018
Driving vehicles in and around Edmonton, Alberta.
Got to know Edmonton way better than before.
Management is good, friendly and flexible on days off.
We work as a team and always watch for our fellow drivers while on a trip.
Scraping ice on the windshield during winter lol.
Get to go places I've never been before. 3 months vacation, if needed, each year. And of course driving.

Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB10 September 2018
Was enough fun once the manager left. I was one of the only females in the work space and while the guys were decent enough to me the manager made some disgusting comments at a company event.

Fun people does not even out with the Corrupt Management/Counter Agents
Driver/Car Preper (Current Employee) –  Newfoundland and Labrador27 August 2018
So essentially as a car preper or driver you are the counter agents/ Management slaves. They consistently lie to you about how many cars they need so you have to stay later at night. As well throughout the whole summer agents would over sell cars so they can collect their big bonuses which would there for cause the car prepers and drivers to have to speed up the process.

SQI score or customer service score went down due to shortage of cars therefor Managers/Rental Agents forcing us to clean and bring over cars that were damaged or needed oil changes etc, cars with high KM's are also a huge issue here most vehicles are over 20K now, when I started they told me to not rent cars or clean cars with more then 20K, that was disregarded after a week.

If you are looking for a good part time/full time job with good people yea this is a great one but be prepared to work long hours and deal with constant requests of others that are highly against the company values etc
Cons
Long Hours, Management, Selfish Counter Agents

depends on manager at each location
Service Agent (Current Employee) –  Calgary, AB11 August 2018
not a good management as this depends on the branch manager at each location who you will work with and by luck. they treat you by favour, not the job performance. when the big boss come to visit branch have to tell ahead every time and the branch needs to prepare and make thing really good impression for the big boss. some branch manager is suck.

Bonne entreprise pour débuter la carrière
Gestionnaire (Former Employee) –  Laval, QC7 August 2018
Possibilité de travailler avec des gens passionnés et dévoué à leur travail. On apprend définitivement comment gérer une succursale par contre les heures sont beaucoup trop longues et le salaire est peu compétitif.

Long hours but opportunity for advancement if you put in the effort
Management Trainee (Former Employee) –  Oshawa, ON29 July 2018
Going through the management trainee program is a difficult process, but if you can stick it out you have many opportunities for advancement and to increase your pay. You need to be prepared to work long hours - typically 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday and some weekends as well. Very sales oriented, your success will depend on your ability to sell. The company is overall concerned with customer service, so they will expect you to have customer service experience.
Pros
Strong culture, fun environment, young coworkers
Cons
Long hours, weekends, you will have to wash cars
