What is the work environment and culture like at Enterprise Holdings?

  • I would compare the cultyre to that of a Boys' Club; probably great fun if you have no spouse/kids, or desire for a social life of your own. The hours (60-80/week) are too long to sustain over more than a few years, meetings take place after-hours in bars, 'incentives' offered in beer & wings instead of something a family could actually use like grocery or gas giftcards.

  • I disagree. The kingsway branch is awesome. I'm an older driver but these spring chickens (rental agents) are always nice to me. I go out of my way to help them out by holding the door open and greeting there customers whenever I can..

  • It was a constant battle between the employees working in the wash-bay and the employees working for the counter. They were nice but equity was not a top priority. No benefits for employees that made the product. No raises. But the environment could be worse (fast food, etc.) If they want to keep employees besides temporary students, then things need to change. (ex: raises semi annually + basic benefits for full time workers)

  • Fun and productive

  • Managers are always watching you
