I have 30 years experience as a Client Representative, dealing with customers withcustomers. I have so many changes that could improve the business but management have no interest. You give suggestions, your shot down immediately, get told that's not how it's done. The management don't want any changes, they are content, don't want to rock the boat.
They are afraid how it will reflect on them or why didn't they didn't they think of it or persue the idea/suggestion.
Drivers are treated with disrespect. Told you are just a driver!! 😞 all employees need to be treated with respect. Totally unexceptable for such a large company. Also what are you doing for employee’s safety during Covid-19.
82 % is lie job is not that great and you pay peanut for your employees this company should go back to USA and stay there!!
Stop being so cheap and get off the company wallet, hire full-time employees instead of just part-time
The unexpected shut down of my department based on being Canadian may have been a business decision, but unfortunately to me it was very personal. I loved my position with Enterprise.
Managers do what they want, nobody listens to MT or lower level position even they work 99% of the work and managers just chill around.
