Fun place in Travel Industry
Executive Assistant to Co-President & Sr. Director (Former Employee) – New York, NY – 23 July 2014
Typical day at work involved setting up meetings, greeting guests, answering phones. During conference season, my day involved a lot of reviewing documents for accuracy and preparing travel plans, agendas and transfers for all staff attending events.
I learned how to work productively with different kids of people. Also, how to work and get the job done on a timely manner while under pressure. Management for the most part is understandable and easy to talk to.
The hardest part of the job was getting answers from our partners. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to meet different people and executives and traveling to different parts of the country while attending conference.
