Not a nice place to work anymore
The management is driving the place into the ground the sales are way down ,management thinks it is all about them .If you are middle management ,or just employee you have no say .

Maybe if there were no other jobs
I worked for ten years ago and the best and most effective way to describe the company would be to simply say; They don’t care about you. At all. The management culture is rotten from the top down.

Keep looking elsewhere.
Keep looking cause we have no work and all they will give you is broken promises. They will force you to go down and work in USA without the proper documentation. 2 weeks training and your an expert on their engine. Plus the engines lines are dying in Canada. Management will only blow smokers up your butt just to get you to do what he wants. Upper management and HR don’t care or help you. Stay away cause most of the guys here are looking for jobs elsewhere.

Worst place ever
Management is horrid, environment is sterile and cold. Days are long and boring. Manager has all the perks and is about as approachable as a blow torch. Couldn't pay me enough to go back there.
