Overall, it’s a good place to work. People are really nice that we help each other. The management is also very nice and helpful. Everything is well organized and neat.

Good part time job that pays well enough, but low hours so you will most likely need another job. Great for college students though. There is a low-key toxic culture there and management sometimes doesn’t mind yelling or gaslighting employees. Other than that, it’s okay.

Amazing Company

It is a serious job, the jobs and duties are outlined and need to be followed to the letter. All you need to do is follow the protocols and help each candidate the same. It requires a certain degree of customer service skills as well.The Management is amazing! The directors, managers, and staff are amazing.

Great place to work

Very relaxed yet fast paced as you are on your feet for most of the shift. Not a hard job to do, it requires being very flexible and being able to think quickly on your feet to solve test taker issues/ equipment issues.

Great coworkers and supervisor

Supervisors are awesome and all the hi co-workers are friendly and helpful. Head office in Toronto is a totally different experience. They are disorganized and don’t respond to emails and can be rude.

Not much you can get

you think you’re supervising but you’re supervised by those supervisors every second. Coworkers are usually nice people, and it is the only good thing. It’s not worth sacrificing your Saturday or Sunday to make a tiny bit cash, go stay with your family and friends.

The company is well-managed. Trainings and information are distributed up to date and carefully prepared. Co-workers are collaborative and supportive. A respectful environment to work at!
