The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) is an expert tribunal that has been regulating Alberta’s energy resources. The ERCB's has many energy professionals in several locations across Alberta. Awesome place to learn. Excellent work-life balance.

This was a very interesting project with a fantastic, knowledgeable and hardworking team. A small group accomplished a lot of work in the time frame we had been provided. There was as a result a lot of pressure on the PM's and BA's. There was also a VERY difficult relationship between employees and contractors at the organization which made some of the work challenging.

Philosophy has changed dramatically away from employee to 'bottom-line' thinking and as a result, people are being callously hurt and/or misused.

The ERCB is a wonderful place to work, with great opportunities for learning and excellent relaxed atmosphere.
The building is new with lots of natural sunlight.
Overtime is hardly ever expected.

The hardest thing coming to work was riding the train every morning.
Otherwise the work was enjoyable, the people great to work with, management needs to take a pill and go with the flow, need to lay back and trust their staff to do their jobs correctly.
Co-workers were the best to work with and for.
Most enjoyable thing about the job, was the pay.
