operator (Current Employee) –  NSW1 December 2017
Middle management completely under qualified and only looking for yes people. Upper management and executive team so disconnected with the work force and what really happens on the ground.

Company could have such a great work environment if it was not for a few miss guided middle management.

Culture within this organisation is some of the worst I have ever experienced, is now only focused on promoting females regardless of experience and skill set.

Typical Day is working from 5am to 7pm and being paid for 9.5Hr in a remote location and being thankful we are employed by Energy Developments.
Pros
Pay rates on par for industry
Cons
Management and lack of ownership. Only reactive maintenance carried out.

The only reason I am making a departure is because the office is dissolving. This has been an incredible experience and the team is incredible. Highly recommended.

Site Auditor (Former Employee) –  Essex18 January 2016
Every day was a challenging day where you never new what was going to happen. A module could break down, and we had to see what caused it and remedy the problem. An accident could occur and I had to investigate and resolve the issue and write a report, Do Internal audits, checking permit to work, check risk assessments and method statements to make sure all was compliant. Some times it was long hours but with the activities going on the days went quick.
Pros
Get to visit a lot of work sites
Cons
Some long hours

Small company with very nice people
Accountant (Current Employee) –  Nashville, TN7 July 2015
Energy Developments, Inc. is a global energy corporation that has it's U.S. unit headquartered in Nashville, TN. There is roughly 12 people that run the corporate office so everybody is close. They are trying to grow, but it's not at a fast rate so career advancement isn't exactly a reality there unless someone leaves.

I've learned so much about the energy industry and it is very interesting. Our executives are extremely intelligent and run the business very well.
Pros
Health care, location, small
Cons
No career advancement, heavy work load
