Good people, friendly atmosphere, good company culture and very good benefits (especially health, etc). The company really tried to create a positive environment.

Good Company - needs more IT resources though

Had a lot of very good, skilled employees, but everyone in IT was working way too hard for the pay provided with many extra weekend and late night hours over long periods due to lack of sufficient resources to get all the work needed to be completed in a timely fashion.
