Excellent company to work for, small environment with a lot of variety in the position. Very entrepreneurial atmosphere.The most difficult part of the position is the amount of work for one individual, my recommendation would be to have 2 on the Technical Support Team. One person cannot manage 160 people in the field.
Good worklife balance
No opportunity for advancement, need a technical support team.
