Input from tradesman is seldom accepted or appreciated, zero trades training or upgrading opportunities, Enbridge University is only relevant for people wanting to be in a management position. The leaders created programs for personal development but they never follow up on or approve what the employee wants to do. They talk a lot about safety but when something is brought up that costs money it gets ignored or put into a process that takes years to complete. Leadership will not make any decisions. This used to be a great place to work.
