Decent place for starter career

Don’t get too comfortable. Push for promotions/raises. If you don’t get it, leave. They love making you feel comfortable but never put the money where their mouth is.

Amazing leadership, and a culture of working collaboratively.

It is a fast paced worked environment. The company provides ample training and time to acclimate to the role. The benefits are generous. The team building events are well thought out. Their focus on safety is very strong. The people I worked with were collaborative, intelligent, patient, supportive and fun to work with.

Fantastic leader; lots of opportunity to learn and develop skills

I appreciate this is leader dependent, but my Manager and overall leadership hierarchy is the best I've worked for in my 30 year career. My Manager is understanding, appreciative, and challenges us to learn/do more/better, while providing support and flexibility to achieve our collective objectives. There are numerous training programs and resources available. I definitely learn something new or different every day.

Poor work environment

This company lacks leadership and fails to demonstrate compliance and efficiencies at every level. It is heavily weighted with emails, task eversion and finger pointing along with a growing and diminishing work culture as wages fail to retain the talent or professionalism to uphold the deteriorating image that this company once had.

The process is long but worth it in the end. Every single day is new and its great. The crew is fantastic as well as the culture here. This is a lifelong career
