It is a poorly managed company.
Most guys, drivers, were amazing and really nice to work with. However the management still has a long way to go. The pay is way below industry standard. I wanted to say a lot more, but indeed did not let me, because it was the truth. All in all, my advice,,, DON'T WORK. It is not a reputable company because of the upper management.

The hardest part of the job is the physical labor collecting upwards of 17 tons of waste in a day and having the stamina to continue. The most enjoyable par...

Terrible
Terrible company who takes advantage of hard workers with no raises and way below average pay compare to competitive positions.Dont get proper breaks and made to work so fast and stressed it becomes unsafe to operate heavy machinery to meet the company’s deadlines.

Don't be a hard worker
If you're a hard worker you'll get more work, cause the other workers dog it till they get their 8hrs. Then you have to go finish their route. The only Team players are the hard workers. So don't work hard, learn to dog it and work slow. Could use higher pay and better benefits, also no RRSP or pension. They say they appreciate you but they don't Really. Management / Supervisor doesn't know ...
