Ironworker/Welder (Current Employee) –  Humble, TX30 March 2017
fast paced but always behind, always changing things on the site that constantly need repair. You will be busy so that is always a plus. Not a bad place to start but from what I have seen, most come and go to other companies.

This is a bad place to work at. They allow drugs in the workplace and management does not do their job in ensuring that newcomers have a safe and healthy workplace.

Fun and you learn a lot
Grunt (Former Employee) –  Humble, TX26 January 2017
It was always fun waking up a 5am to go to work. You learn a lot such as how to use tools properly and how to work with others without even talking. They foreman i worked for was probably the most straight forward person I ever met, he worked hard for his money and he always knew what was going to happen from his years of experience. The hardest part of the job was making sure the measurements were correct and on point. The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing you are working to build a better future for tomorrow.
Pros
Overtime
Cons
Possibly could get hurt

Iron Worker (Former Employee) –  Houston, TX15 May 2016
This is the worst company to work for. They are a bunch of ex cons.. they don't know the meaning of a ironworker. They dont know how to run a job. Worked in the woodlands school project. They need to do a better job of hiring their foremans.
Pros
None
Cons
They think they are paying you 50 dollars an hour and they only pay 18

Challenging environment and very tedious job description.
IRONWORKER/WELDER (Current Employee) –  Houston, TX10 March 2015
A typical work day starts with putting on a work belt that weights about 50 pounds to 60 pounds. Then get safety harness prepared to go up about 20 feet in the air.
