Company is decent to work for, althought it has a bit of a revolving door issue as it struggles to keep employees enticed elsewhere. Very important to connect with higher ups if you want any kind of movement/promotion. Benefits are good, pension is good.

The salary is far far below liveable. The amount of work you had to complete was nowhere near worth the pay. I was completing tasks for departments that had nothing to do with what I was hired for and wasn’t offered a raise or any incentives, it was expected. Stay clear of this company!

Employees are hired with deceptive means as actual scope and work are hidden from candidates and prospective employees. Workload is heavy with people taking on 2 or more roles at a time. No work life balance. Company expects you to surpass expectations juggling workload for 3 or more persons with ridiculous performance metrics. Slow paced but good work/life balance

Overall not a terrible place to work. Slow paced and not much change happens but new management is *trying* to fix that. Mediocre pay but raises annually.
