Highway Maintenance Superintendent (Former Employee) –  Golden, BC10 June 2018
Most employees had no trust in their management or HR, They seldom understood problems on site. They often drew conclusion without fact and they were very judgmental. I found them to be a very disloyal draconian employer.
Pros
Great Job if left to do it without interference.
Cons
Poor labor relations.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / FINANCIAL ANALYST (Former Employee) –  Merritt, BC2 January 2018
Good people, trustworthy, professional, and caring. Quality product: road paving, bridge repair, and de-icing of roads. I recommend the company to anyone having difficulty finding a job in the lower mainland and wanting something permanent, where they can afford to buy a house, and settle down for a change.
Pros
Friday Sushi
Cons
Coquihala commute (Hwy 5)
