This company gives you a challenge with work . It is hard work and keeps you in shape. The different seasons has you maintaining the roads in all sorts from paving, fixing potholes, and plowing in the winter.

Rather not say

Things are not kept confidential. Will say one thing but do the opposite. Training is you read and sign off on a topic then you are trained. Training on plow trucks last about 3-4 days.

Management is killing this place!

My peers are good people. Management is terrible!! No advancement unless your friends or family. They cut corners, management always looking to blame everyone but themselves. Not recommended unless things change or they loose the contract
