Fun workplace, staffs are friendly, especially for the society activity, like monthly birthday celebration, Christmas party, really fun. Management is really helpful and considerate.

Challenging if you want to advance your career

You will get exposure to a lot of technology which is pretty neat and they do this because they try so hard to compete in the industry. While you might be exposed to a lot of technology, they simply will not invest in your development. The work environment is challenging if you want to advance your career., so there is barely any opportunity to move up. Also, the management does not properly plan for deadlines or give enough autonomy to the people doing the job.
