I have been with ED for my summer Co-op last year. Overall experience was great. Especially for the one love problem solving and challenges.
As with many construction jobs layoffs are inevitable but they do what they can to keep you employed as long as possible whether extending your time on-site or transferring you to other nearby sites

Lack of respect on behalf of management and lack of feedback. Unprofessional and poor communication skills from management.
No tolerance in regarding training & coaching new employees.
