This is the most important question. No, you do not get paid. You are also chained to them for a year because their "free training" is not free. Once you pass your test, THEN then tell you that you are contracted to them for a FULL year and if you try to leave, you must pay them $2,000 in training fees. This is a terrible company to work for. If you refuse to work the full year, they will threaten you with court to get their money.
