The horribly toxic and unsupportive environment. Incompetent leadership and unprofessionalism in multiple departments. A disturbing lack of respect for teachers and principals from those who work behind the scenes.
Terrible, as any company they talk a good game till you start working. No training or support for new employees. Central office staff are treated as secondary workers.
Its great i get along with all the teachers and other EAs
