Alot of Over time. CoWorkers and management were nice. Everyone got along for the most part. Way to much work load. Lots of over time. There was no work life balance.Not paid enough! They want university graduates yet pay them the same amount as non-graduates. With inflation, how can one afford to cover the cost of living.

This place as some great aspects. However the constant IT problems along with an obscured benefit/ compensation structure makes working here stressful.

Steer Clear

Sales (Current Employee) - Mississauga, ON - 1 February 2019

Not a real sales job, as you are doing inside sale and not outside. There is little to no training provided, certainly nothing structured. For a huge company, why is there not standard training provided? You're not set up for success. The job is extremely technical and you're expected to be an expert in everything which is not realistic at all. Reporting structure needs work as the sales manager is removed from the location. Site manager has no clue about sales but tries to control everything. Way too many procedures and processes which impedes actual work getting done.The worst company culture I have ever witnessed in my career. .
