Good Team but Stressful Workload and Toxic Managing Styles
Minimal training with very high job expectations. A high turnover means constant changes and changing roles. There was work from home option was nice and the team was very supportive of one another.

Enjoyable Environment
I enjoyed my time working at Element. The environment was nice, and they treated us well during the peak of the pandemic. I would recommend the company to others.

A company steadily in decline
Over the past 5 years, 2 years with no raises , current year inadequate to meet inflation , about 1/3 of inflation. My manager tells me I surpassed all expectations then upper management says I didn't so they can limit your raise. As if upper management has a clue. They have no appreciation of the effort or skills you bring to the job. If you're interested in continually falling behind inflation and struggling this is the place for you.

Toxic work environment/Unprofessional Management
Your typical day at work would be highly stressful because of lack of leadership skills in management. Management has complete disregard towards its employees' well-being. Workplace culture is very competitive. Teammates don't offer support but will pull you down as much as they can. Most of the individuals I worked with were highly unprofessional. The team I was working with had no coordination, no rythm and no synergies. They worked their own piece and disregarded others work. Management had absolutely no clue about it. There's many level of management hierarchies but only for the sake of titles. Senior managers often step in and dictate staff under their directors/managers. The hardest part of the job is that after you deliver what you were asked for and even beyond, management gives you the impression that it was worthless. Highly toxic and unprofessional work environment!

Very productive and collaborative work environment
A typical day would start with my departmental standup meeting. The work environment is very fast paced, but your colleagues are nice and helpful. The Management team is also very good,
