I worked at this company for about 1 year, I was laid off. During my time at this company I learned alot about batteries . Not a bad place to work, the only thing I will say is that the pay was on the low side. Management was okay.

Poor Company Culture

Friendly Boss and Colleagues

Trying to Grow out of being a small Family

Technology wise, this company had a lot going for it. Management wise however, this company operates like a stingy ghetto convenience store. Always able to obtain industry-leading demonstration projects, but a history of terrible or botched deliveries, thus overall lack of development and career growth potential. Management fails to invest in solving root causes of past failures.

i remember i had an electric bicycle way before none knew what was it!! ran all kind of UL test blowing up batteries!! designing batteries and part of a team to build and electric car!! back then none had thought about electric car!!

Bad staffs /management

I worked in this company with a very terrible supervisor that was the System Integrator in charge of Power-pads commissioning. He was incompetent and eventually got FIRED by the management. I really didn't learn much working in this company due to the bad rapport with the supervisor (System Integrator). The owners do a great job in getting to know their employees one on one. Be prepared to experience some culture shock !!!!! In conclusion,the departmental heads and management is poor.

Very productive and fun workplace

I have worked at Electrovaya as a technician for over six years and I would have continued if the company did not decide to transfer to America. It was a great company and I built great relationships with the staff and workers. I had alot of fun working there as I completed my tasks in a diligent manner always along with having no pressure from my supervisors.
