Tough to get contract extended but was a great place to work. Money was awesome and so were the people. A place you enjoyed coming to everyday. The customers were respectful

Very productive and supportive workplace
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Cambridge, ON2 January 2018
An environment that is fast paced but very supportive, the ESA ensures electrical safety for the province of Ontario through licensing and inspection of contractors and other electrical work.

The training session is extensive and comprehensive - they ensure you have the tools to succeed in your career.

Management is progressive, with regular reviews of quality and performance standards, and supportive, as there are continuous health and safety updates, and a social committee that ensures an excellent working environment.

The work is a balanced mix of challenging and routine - there is a very good level of challenge in this job, and problem solving is a definite asset.

All told, an excellent employer, a great work environment, and wonderful co-workers.
Pros
Great co-workers, supportive employer

Good Salary Not Worth It
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Cambridge, ON19 September 2017
Only hire part-time 3 months at a time and only tell you your final day if your contract will be extended. Supervisor tells you great job in coaching and then contract not renewed for you, but others get extended? No opportunity to improve if you don't know what you are doing wrong. Also, very strict call quality script. Worked in call centres my entire life and have never seen anything so "nit-picky". They need to learn that customers care more about how you say something to them more than the exact words you use. Good salary not worth it.
Pros
Social Committee is awesome. Senior management team is friendly.
Cons
Young, "cliquey" group of newer employees are noticeably favoured.

Great Salary Horrible Place
I.T Support (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON19 August 2016
Best benefits and salary you will find anywhere. However, it does not make up for the horrible work-life balance.

Probably the worst place I have ever worked. Money is not everything and it could not keep me there.
Pros
great benefits
