Reviews for Agent at Elections Canada
Good job experience
Revising Agent (Former Employee) - Surrey Centre, BC - 6 April 2020
It's a good first job in British Columbia to be able to gauge how people interact, to meet the community and just to get you back to working after moving.
As usual, there were people who were toxic to work with but there were also very nice, professional people. There were also unusually busy hours (towards the end of the election period) and dead hours. But the best thing is learning how the elections process works- getting a bit of knowledge behind the scenes. Overall, it's a really good experience.

pro active training after initial training
Public Enquiries Unit Agent (Former Employee) - Ottawa, ON - 10 February 2020
A very good introduction to working in a call centre environment that led to getting other call centre work. Scheduling was less than ideal as one had to continually check to see the working schedule which could change from moment to moment.
