How has Elections Canada responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?

3 answers

  • Yes by letting people do screening questions before they went to do adnacd voting or when they went to the see the election officer

  • Masks are mandatory- hand sanitizer readily available. They have done all they are supposed to do although I wish everyone was made to sanitize desks, phones, keyboards, etc at end of day as multiple people use them.

  • Very well, in our office at 835 Campbell St Cornwall Ont. we have good plexiglass at the reception along with 4 areas where hand sanitizer is provided. Cleaning wipes are also provided to keep reception clean, face masks are readily available at different areas. Our training room are kept to a 6 feet distance minimum so the trainees and trainers are always safe. Everyone in the office have and do wear a face mask.
