I felt it was extremely unorganized. Most had issues balancing our votes for multiple different reasons and many of the full time, permanent staff would not come to assist for an hour. I had submitted an online response to a call for workers and stopped by my local office to vote at an advance poll, then asked to speak with hiring manager. He asked about my availability for training, if I would be interested in working as an Assistant Central Poll Supervisor (I said I would), and I was hired immediately.
