Training was very bad. Leadhands were aloof. Lift truck drivers drove very fast. 3 breaks. Afternoon shift hours were great. Welding shop, bad smelling.

Worst place EVER

top manager treats people badly, talks to you like you are dumb, never follows through on promises, lies, chases out good supervisors 2 have walked out and a another is leaving soon, weld tecs keep leaving due too poor treatment, safety is a joke, floor scrubber gets dirty water dumped outside, machines break alot, forktrucks leak oil and fluid everywhere never fixed right. DO NOT work here would give no star if able

Easy goin laid back work place, good people
Automatic Stamping Press Operator (Current Employee) - Cambridge, ON - 27 July 2023
My kinda work, it's heavy stamping I've done it all my life but it's not for the faint hearted. One must be in very good physical condition for this type of work

4-10 day shift, ya don't see that very often
