I worked closely with editors and content providers to prepare and test educational software and follow-up technical support for customers in schools, post-secondary institutions, business and government. The hardest part of the job was prioritizing projects to meet tight deadlines. The most rewarding part of the job was seeing a project through to completion and resolving issues for customers. I learned that this took more than just having the technical knowledge and also required the ability to convey that to people at various skill levels.
Positive work environment, collegial atmosphere.
Fast-paced publishing schedules often left a sense of incompleteness.
