Un-Organized but friendly people- Processing group 2 exceptions, delivery change requests, international packages, packages that are overdue, use of computer using many browsers, programs for address corrections, ensure packages are being sent to the correct addresses - Stronger communications skills between other workers, established a good relationship with co-workers - Poor management, lack of communication, broken promises of missing hours getting paid - The hardest part is getting the boss to listen to productive operations to better the work place - The most enjoyable part are very few friendly people to work with

Simple part-time position with excellent benefitsProcess DCR's and returns for that day, contact customer to get correct information for exception packages, update information for each customer. If no information is found then, you would postcard the packages and pack them neatly on the shelf. At the end of the night, search for any missing exception packages that were not brought to the clerks by the drivers. Do a count of all the packages in the cages and complete log for Supervisor.
