I submitted my resume on line and eventually had several interviews and was required to fill out several forms pertaining to the criteria that the company has in place. It was quite a lengthy process that I really don't think was necessary as I have been in the industry for 25 years and knew the area very well, I thought I was the perfect candidate for the position. Upon checking background information I was turned down which I felt was unfair.
The interview process consisted of submitting my resume online, an over the phone pre-interview with a member of HR and then a sit down interview with the Manager of position of interest.
