Only care about money

They don’t care about you as a person, they will blow smoke up you to make you feel like you’ll go places but you never do. Very unorganized, poor leadership, everyone is at a different pay and not supposed to discuss it with others for that reason. Amazing coworkers but absolute terrible supervisor/management

Pay is fair but not worth it because of how you are treated as an employee by the shift supervisor (specifically the lady on the other shift). you will not be treated proper and will just direct blame at you for stuff you didn’t even do or has no control of. Stressful and low pay

Poor management. Family owned company and if your not family then they don’t care. If you get hurt they ask you not to go to a doctor to avoid wcb. If you do go on wcb, then they will let you go almost immediately when you get back to your regular job! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to work

I enjoyed the time that I worked at Ecco Recycle (8) months. I gain lots of experience and meet some fantastic people. My supervisor and Manager were great when I had to discuss work or personal matters. I only left because I received a job offer doubling my wage. This place was a great stepping stone to get in the job market.
