Decent
Started before pandemic. Was great. Came back to disappointment, lesser pay and half quality in staff. Was only worth it for benefits. Co-workers we nice. CDC's were nice. Overall industry sucks. Needs to be unionized.

No worth to work.
- Toxic and disrespectful employers. You don't need to do anything negative to be treated bad by them. They disrespec employees from the minute when employees enter to work. I asked four times about weekends on Wednesday a...

You should believe the bad reviews over the good ones.
This is a company that makes you jump through a lot of hoops and hurdles only to not give you the same effort when you need it. The head office culture is toxic, the store management doesn’t get proper training nor do they give you tools to succeed at your job. The schedule is so inconsistent.

So, the management, especially the Assistant General Manager (AGM), is quite the character! 🙃 It often feels as though the AGM picks favorites and makes decisions based on personal preference rather than performance. This, naturally, has led to an atmosphere of uncertainty and favoritism that's not conducive to a health...
