The most useful review selected by IndeedMy time with easyfinancial was great! I moved and that was the only reason I left. They have a great atmosphere and I enjoyed meeting new people and helping people with their financial needs.

This company takes more money away from bonus as time goes on and puts more on your plate. The turn over for employees is incredibly high. Stay away
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Square One, ON - 27 February 2022
Stay away from this company if you’re looking for something solid long term. There’s no good to come of it. Only more work and less pay. The employees are great but management is often lost and upper management are dictators.
Pros
Friendly teams
Cons
Low bonus, feedback ignored, below average pay, wage increases are next to nothing, I was there for a year and a half and got no pay increase, I could go on and on

Ok
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 24 November 2019
Wonderful . Professionalism . You can help clients to build their credit and bring them back to the bank so they can get a line of credit. Its is a fulfilling one

Repititive, predatory customer finding practices. Keep the customers away from truth.
FSR/CSR (Current Employee) - London, ON - 1 July 2019
The title says it all. Job is repetitive. There is not a single day they can go without asking for more sales . Sales of giving out loans to people who cannot afford to pay it back . As this was less they want you to keep on loaning to them until they cant afford it anymore and they will break their backs .
Pros
Bonus.
Cons
Conscience.

Great Place to work, good management
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Hamilton, ON - 9 April 2019
This is a fast paced environment and the staff are great to work with. Senior management tries to accommodate the staff when creating the work schedule while keeping the needs of the business in mind.
Pros
Friendly Staff
Cons
Days off are sometimes not together.

Great place to work
Finnacial Services Representative (Current Employee) - Burnaby, BC - 14 July 2018
I really enjoy working for Easyfinancial, but that is because I do have a GREAT management team (both the Regional Manager and the Branch Manager).
In e typical day working in a branch as Financial Services Representative, you'll have to make lots of calls to customers, both to offer new loans and collect money from the past due accounts.
You mus love Customer Service to be happy in this role.
If you have a good Branch Manager, you'll learn a lot about Retail Credit and lending processes.
Your targets are set by branch, so the team performance is more relevant than the individual performance.
The only relevant "con" is that you'll have to sell Home and Auto, which a "benefit" package not very related to financial services, and very expensive for the customer.
The working hours tend to not be the best, because you work from 10am to 7pm, and usually you'll only have a 30min break, but it depends on your branch's culture and/or Branch Manager.
It's not easy to have a second job because of how the hours are arranged, but you'll never work on Sundays, at least.
Pros
Environment, benefits
Cons
Hours

nothing easy about the job here
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Hamilton, ON - 16 December 2016
my job was very dissatisfying. management will do everything in their power to make you have Stockholm's syndrom; they provided minimal perks e.g free fruits and coffee, but they do this to provide a glimmer of light in the dead souls that work for them. promotion is only for the best suck up. minimal training is given but they expect the world from you
Pros
free fruit
Cons
minimal training, poor bonus structure, lack of advancement
