Negative culture. Employees work hard for little recognition. Underpaid. Place is a popularity contest. Don’t go to HR for support, they boast that they’re there to ‘protect the company not the staff’.
Departments are micro managed and the executives on the second floor don't trust anyone below them to make decisions. Now they are threatening their staff and following that up with a huge range of firing staff. Long term employees are now just walking away
