Why Earls?

Earls Kitchen + Bar is a family-run business, launched by father and son, Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and Stanley Earl Fuller in the early ‘80s and is also one of North America’s most successful independent restaurant groups. There are about 7,000 employees at 69 locations from Vancouver to Miami. Earls started with a simple idea: a laid-back burger and beer joint. Earls' early success was based on innovation, the best ingredients and great service.

While keeping these core values, Earls has become a trend setting high end restaurant group known for ‘unchaining the chain’ with customized new build locations, and innovative improvements to existing restaurants. We are a force to be reckoned with in the restaurant industry where employees and partners feel a strong sense of pride representing the Earls brand.

Lots Of Growth Opportunities
A company in which you have a clear career path, with options to grow in operations or the corporate space. Lots of development in which you are encouraged through recognition and feedback

Only viable if you need work experience, you're just replacement fodder for the people that keep leaving.
When I started I was surrounded by about 7-8 other new employees. The person who gave us our orientation told us about how we would have a lot of oppourtunities to grow, learn, how we would be trained for all stations quickly. Do not believe these promises, I believe that I am the only person from that original group to last more than 5 months, most I dont ever even recall seeing in the kitchen. U...

Worst place to work
I worked there as a cash manager but it was the worst job ever. The management was trash and did not support me. They made me think that if i can’t fix things which were messed up from their end they should let me go. It was a sink or swim situation there. I felt so stressed going to work. No one would help me or talk to me.

They don’t give hours
Bad location, they don’t give enough hours and cut you early, forbidden to eat even if it’s waste or they can fire you, discounts available for buying food
