proud to be part of the team keeping people safe/clean
HOUSEKEEPING AID (Current Employee) – port moody b.c. – 3 December 2013
The requests that keep us hopping(spills, discharges) I love being a part of the o.h.s.c.(occupational health safety committee) Our success was driven by team work and communication. Working with infection control; I learned about touch points and the importance of hand washing at all levels. The best part of the job is seeing clients leave healthy, we where a important part of making it happen Due to our daily routines and high standards, we make a difference.
Knowing that I was making a difference for the patients at the facility
VOLUNTEER (Former Employee) – Port Moody, BC – 2 April 2018
I felt that if I put into Volunteering my time for one year that I would have had an opportunity to re-establish myself in at least a Part time or Full time job in Patient Registration at Eagle Ridge; after I worked for 25 years in that position in another hospital facility and loved the job. It was extremely disappointing and non productive year for me.
