Worst place to work

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
First week was group training scenarios…. Excellent instructor had so much fun learning!! Really poor on the job training program. The staff are rude, cold, not inclusive and unsupportive. I apparently had the best trainer and all he talked about was what a horrible place E-Comm was to work and he felt sorry for all the new recruits because they didn’t know what a horrible place they were getting into. If that was their best I would hate to see their worst !

The only reason to work here is great coworkers

This job is beyond stressful with little to no help from upper management. No one truly cares about the stress you endure and they throw you out with no proper explanation or follow up. They state collaboration is such a big part of their company but don’t follow through. Fair wages but still not enough for the multiple jurisdictions you are expected to take on. The best part of working here is the great call takers that surround you and will be the reason you keep going until job burnout takes it’s toll.

What's not to like?

If you like to be paid well with benefits and pension all while serving the greater community then please apply. Comradery on the teams/floor is great and there is support to help you all around. Management provides staff perks throughout the year. The hardest part of the job is at the start when you are learning/training. Stick with it and things will be great eventually. No day is the same. Don't let some of the poor reviews discourage you. Some people are not a good fit with the job and leave blaming others.
