Supportive and friendly but need more flexibility
The managers and colleagues are very friendly and supportive. While the goal can sometimes be vague or unclear, the pace is usually on the slower side to allow for adjustment along the way. However, the IT environment is very outdated and rigid, which hinders the advancement of project and adoption of new technology.
