  • High Stress, with no down time. You have to be ready for the worst day of someone else's life every second and every second counts. Multi tasking from a Police Dispatchers perspective is a kin to circus juggling while listening to three different conversations at the same time and being able to document what is being said. It is a very rewarding job when you help people but the environment and support from management is not as good as it could be. EComm is a unique work place that is a hard ship to navigate for those at the helm.
