Ultimately, this depends on what kind of career path / functional role you choose at E-Comm, and furthermore, how you define work/life balance. If you prefer shift work, and the enjoyment of a 4 on - 4 off schedule, then perhaps being a 911 Operator is a more suitable choice than a Monday through Friday position.
