Very interesting challenging place to work

Lots of overtime when projects are being built or taken apart, very challenging assemblies, not a good place for lazy or unskilled tradesman as deadlines can be very tight. Deadbeats will be let go very quick. Very thick in upper level management, floor level managers reasonable if you do good work. Production has it's challenges, normal with all new - more ... projects. learned a lot about perfect alignments and gearing setups, some really smart engineers some not as smart. - less
ProsLots of o.t.
ConsToo much o.t.
