Work-life Balance

Director of Product in Toronto, ON
on 5 June 2020
Fast-paced with constantly changing priorities
Enjoyable work, difficult workplace culture, conflicting priorities, acquisition based company with continuous migration exercises and re-rationalization of organizational structure
Manager in Durham, ON

Terrible company with actions which treat customers and staff as numbers.
Management is a revolving door. Do not join this company at all costs. If you are tempted to join, ask questions about company culture, focus and client satisfaction. Also speak directly to staff.
Sales Representative in Toronto, ON

Horrible Culture
CEO doesn't even speak to anyone except his Management buddies and Finance. Has zero interest in connecting with customers and employees. They say they are great at acquiring and integrating companies but still haven't done one proper integration which has resulted in happy clients or employees.
Solution Consultant- Territory Sales Rep in Toronto, ON

Absolute horrible
I pray to God that this company is bankrupt pretty soon. Keep distroying people s career. They are poisonous. Please listen to all the other people. Honestly they are worse than virus.
on 17 March 2020
Not a great company to be a part of
No job security and poor management. Absence of company culture. Cheap benefits. The company is built on debt borrowed from the banks, anything goes wrong, everything will collapse.
