Help the employees understand what need from them and how much they are needed in all things . The top to the bottom are needed in there strength to help the team grow.
Pay personnel better. Initiate a bonus structure. HR dept. needs an entire overhaul from the top down. Lack of planning leads to waste of money with respect to personnel hiring.
Get a qualified trainer to train the new hires, make sure the new hires are understanding what they are taught.
The trainer can explain the curse to the new hires but can not understand it for the new hires.
Fire all of them
