I only know what your 'Rescue Services' are like... they are a law suit waiting to happen and youre doing your clients a diservice by providing them with sub-par 'Rescue Technicians'.
Theres enough history online when you google 'HSE Integradted Rescue Technicians' to see your company provides a poor service. So you cant plead innocent by not knowing. Fix your hiring practices, stop hiring warm bodies to fill an inportant role. Improve your training, your in-house courses and trainers are terrible How terrible you say - Ive had 3 of your lead Rescue Trainers on my site and after giving them questions about rescue... they admitted they werent very knowledgable on the subject.
Fix it.. thats what youre paid to do.
Get rid of the staff gossip. Ensure higher ups helps safety more out in the field. Provide carts when asking safety to go in the plants. Scba and other gear are very heavy to carry.
Current Station Managers are sinking the ship. Open your eyes. Toxic morality, practices and mentality growing at high rate!
Dont favorite the fire and medic staff
Get rid of the old boys clubs
